This training is designed to take a deeper look at cultural awareness and its role in today’s workplaces and communities through practical examples, real-world applications and meaningful conversation.
Participants will explore ways to:
- Strengthen their ability to lead diverse teams with understanding and inclusivity
- Build stronger relationships with employees, clients and partners across cultural lines
- Gain practical insights into U.S. and Indiana workplace culture while enhancing a global leadership perspective
- Apply cultural awareness to real-world workplace situations
