About Triple B's Catering
A VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED COMPANY
My BBQ journey started in 2012 while I was serving full-time in the United States Army. After 8 years of service, I was tired of eating MREs (meals ready-to-eat) that were bland and boiled in a bag. Did you know MRE’s have a shelf life of 7 years? I decided to research and learn all about smoked meats in the hope of changing my military diet.
In 2020, I started cooking out of my home for family and friends. It only took a few catering gigs for word to spread like wildfire. I found myself busier than expected from the overwhelming response.
I officially started Triple B’s Catering in 2023 after retiring from the Indiana National Guard. I’m now pursuing my dream of owning and operating a rolling commercial kitchen. Bennett’s Butt Stuph BBQ (Triple B’s) Food Trailer is expected to be fully operational in the fall of 2024!
