The Boone County Chamber 2025 Emerging Leaders program is a dynamic cohort-based initiative designed for employees who aspire to be leaders within their organizations or are in the early stages of their leadership journey. Spanning over five half-day sessions scheduled on April 9th, May 14th, September 10th, October 8th, and November 12th, the program offers a comprehensive curriculum focused on leadership skill development and active engagement within Boone County. Participants will benefit from a blend of structured learning modules, panel discussions featuring industry experts, insightful guest speakers, and collaborative group work sessions.
This program serves as an invaluable opportunity for emerging leaders to enhance their skillsets while forging meaningful connections with peers across various sectors. We accept all ages! As long as you are in the beginning stages of your leadership journey, we would love to have you.
There are 5 half day sessions scheduled for April 9th, May 14th, September 10th, October 8th, and November 12th.
The cost of the program is $425 to cover lunch, materials, and resources. The payment can be made by the participant, their company, or an external resource.
If you are unable to attend a session for this program, we highly recommend waiting to apply again the following year. Because we limit our scheduling for these programs, it is encouraged that each participant makes every session to ensure they can absorb all pertinent information.
