The Farmers Bank has officially broken ground on its newest Midland Pointe Financial Center, marking the bank’s second location in Noblesville and twelfth full-service branch overall. Located at State Road 32 and Hazel Dell Road, this new 2,866-square-foot facility will bring enhanced banking services and sustainability to one of Indiana’s fastest-growing communities.
Designed with modern convenience in mind, the center will feature in-person banking services, video ATMs, virtual banking tools, and Indiana’s second Smartflower—a solar-powered system that tracks the sun to support the building’s energy needs and serve as an educational tool for local students.
“This expansion is a testament to the growth happening in our communities and our customers’ excitement to see us grow alongside them,” said Chris Cook, President and CEO of The Farmers Bank.
Construction is set to be completed by the second quarter of 2026 and will add four new full-time jobs to the local workforce.
Founded in 1876, The Farmers Bank continues its commitment to delivering modern solutions while fostering strong community relationships across Central Indiana.
