The Boone County Bites Food Expo features the top culinary talent and restaurants from your local community. Please fill out the below form to be considered for one of our featured restaurants. One of our team members will follow up with you in 2-3 business days to confirm your application has been received.
Spots are limited and fill up quickly, so apply as early as possible. Doing so will also ensure your restaurant will be included in all promotional material and advertisements. We will contact you to inform you if you have been selected to be featured at the event! ONLY FOOD VENDORS/FOOD CONNECTIONS WILL BE SELECTED.
WE PROVIDE:
- 10×10 serving station.
- (1) one 8’ table
- Basic electrical power (please bring extension cords), specify if more than basic power is needed.
- 4 complimentary event tickets for promotional use/to give to important clients, etc an $100 value. Any additional tickets 50% off
- Event Sign for your booth.
- Marketing package – Vendors listed on e-newsletter, inclusion in Boone County Magazine ad, social media marketing materials to help promote the event.
YOU PROVIDE:
- Approximately 400 bite-sized samples of a signature dish that makes a statement about your restaurant.
- Hand-washing station.
- Staffing of your booth
- Your establishment’s logo
- General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000
- Decor For Your Booth
- Compliance with Boone County health codes and be licensed to serve in Boone County
Best of Boone County Bites
As attendees enter the event they will be given 2 tickets at the beginning of the event to put in buckets to select the best restaurants in the below categories.
- Best Savory Bite
- Best Sweet Bite
- Best Beverage (non-alcoholic)
If you are the winner of a “best bite” you will receive the following:
- A feature in Boone County Magazine
- Award for display in your restaurant
